Rates

Our fee structure, services, and fee policy are outlined as follows:

Intern Clinical Staff

• Individual Sessions – $80 per 50 minute session and $90 per 90 minute session
• Couples Sessions – $90 per 50 minute session and $100 per 90 minute session
• Family Sessions – $100 per 50 minute session and $110 per 90 minute session
  *or at their discretion due to their level of experience

Licensed Candidates:

• Individual Sessions – $125 per 50 minute session and $135 per 90 minute session
• Couples Sessions – $135 per 50 minute session and $145 per 90 minute session
• Family Sessions – $145 per 50 minute session and $155 per 90 minute session
  *or at their discretion due to their level of experience

Licensed Clinicians:

• Individual Sessions – $165 per 50 minute sessions and $225 per 90 minute sessions
• Couple Sessions – $185 per 50 minute sessions and $250 per 90 minute sessions
• Family Sessions – $205 per 50 minute sessions and $280 per 90 minute sessions
• Couple Psychoeducation – $350 per class

Insurance

All clinical staff members accept Cigna, and Medicaid with CCHA and Colorado Access. The clinical staff also accept clients from Open Path.

Licensed Clinicians can, but not obligated to, accept insurances that Kenōsis Counseling, PLLC is contracted with.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
